Melia Genova Hotel

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and excellent upkeep. The staff at reception were professional and cute, and they even took our bags to the room. The location was great, just a short walk away from the city center and the shops.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa centre. the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. the restaurant served delicious cuisine with special diet menus available. the location was ideal, within walking distance to the city centre.

The room lacked a coffee/tea facility, which was a minor inconvenience. Despite this, the room was comfortable and had exclusive advantages, such as a spa lounge and private facilities.

We were kinda surprised by the spaciousness of our room, with a soft bed and plenty of pillows for a comfortable night's sleep. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, including swordfish and sliced tuna, as well as a variety of cakes and tarts. The staff were kind and helpful, accommodating all our needs without any trouble. the hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to the port, city centre, and old town. we had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The bathroom in our room was poorly planned, as water from the shower would spill onto the floor, creating a safety hazard.

We particularly enjoyed the restaurant, which served fresh, flavorful dishes in an elegant setting. the location advantages were also notable, offering easy access to several nearby attractions.

Although the staff was friendly and accommodating, there were a few instances where our requests were not fulfilled promptly.

Nice and quiet location, close to interesting places. Helpful and attentive staff. Comfortable rooms and beds, with nice marble bathrooms. Would stay again in the future.
